Villa Il Saluto del Sole can accommodate 8 people. It is therefore perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday with family, friends or for couples on a romantic getaway. Villa Il Saluto del Sole offers privacy and tranquility to those who seek it.

The villa has three levels.

On the ground floor, there is a separate accommodation that is connected to the main house by an outside walkway. It consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The living room, with a fully-equipped kitchenette, is located on the middle level. It overlooks the beautiful, panoramic seaside terrace, which can be used as a place to escape the sun, or for dining alfresco. In fact, the terrace is designed to serve as both a relaxing area, and a place to enjoy a variety of dishes, such as succulent meats or fish, grilled on a barbeque.

Two large bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a private bathroom. The decor is decorated in a colorful Sardinian fashion.

This villa is a great choice for those who want to enjoy the breathtaking views of Sardinia. There is also a bay that you can swim in directly below the villa.

This villa is only a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the area, such as La Marinedda or Cala Sarraina. Li Cossi Beach with its stunning and unexpected seashores and beautiful landscapes are also just a few minutes away. Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, two rocky coves near the beach, are ideal for sunbathing and swimming.

Costa Paradiso, a tourist resort, is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including restaurants, bars, pizzerias and supermarkets. There is a medical service available during the summer.

Both Olbia Airport, which is about 87 km from the village, and Alghero-Fertilia Airport at approximately 100 km can be reached easily. Porto Torres or Olbia are both good options if you arrive via ferry, as they are about the same distance (80 km). Please Note:

The swimming pool is only open in the months of September, October, and March. The owner of a villa on the lower slope of the hill can use the pool at times in July and August.

Prices have already been reduced during this period. If you cancel within the time frame for which a refund can be expected, there will be a cancellation fee of 25,00 euros. The costs of bank transfers are non-refundable.
