Villa Sabbia D'Oro is located in Domus de Maria, in a small residence that was recently constructed. It impresses its guests with its stunning surroundings, its magnificent view of the ancient Megalithic structure Nuraghe and its impressive outdoor areal.

The villa has a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two bathrooms. The villa has 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people.

The basement living room has a double couch bed for two extra guests. Wi-Fi is available in the child-friendly holiday house, along with air conditioning, satellite TV, and a washing machine.

The villa also boasts a great outdoor space with two private terraces, barbecues, and a pool that is open from June to September.

Breakfast is served on the covered, furnished terrace with a view of the Nuraghe. Enjoy a delicious meal and a glass full-bodied wine with your family to end the day. In about 10 minutes, you can reach a variety of restaurants and cafes. A 6-minute walk (500 m) will take you to the nearest supermarket. Just a few hundred meters northeast of Chia Beach is the beautiful beach Su Portu.

It's only a 5-minute car ride away (2 km). This beautiful half-moon beach, surrounded by cliffs, offers a great view of local sights. You can see the Tower of Chia or the Isola Su Cardolinu.

You can sunbathe and swim on the soft sand. Cagliari Airport is only 55 km away and can be reached in 53 minutes. Su Giudeu, and Tuerredda beaches are just 5 and 8 kilometers away.

The pool is shared by 20 flats and we have had periods of unavailability in the past. The pool is not necessary for guests, as they can easily reach the nearby beaches. The guests are encouraged to sort their waste correctly and follow the instructions.

There are parking spaces available on-site. Although there are no windows in the basement you can still enjoy the natural light and air that flow through and create an ambiance.

Villa Sabbia D'Oro guests can use the shared pool, which belongs to Oasi Marina. It is open from June to September.

The deposit is managed via the Vikey portal and will be refunded by bank transfer.
