It’s just a few meters from the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sardinia.<\/span>\u00a0The village is near the Costa Smeralda’s most popular resorts: Porto Cervo Baia Sardinia, and Porto Rotondo.<\/span>\u00a0You will see the beautiful little church of Santa Rita, patron saint of impossible feats.<\/span>\u00a0Its evocative square, frequented frequently by famous personalities, is the heart of the town.<\/span>\u00a0Palau is a rich shopping area, including many shops that sell corals.<\/span>\u00a0You can also take excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago and Santa Teresa di Gallura is only 30 minutes away.<\/span>\u00a0A private garden surrounds the villa on three sides.<\/span>
