It can accommodate six people.<\/span>\u00a0Wi-Fi is available, as are a TV, an air conditioner, a washer and dishwasher.<\/span>\u00a0Also included are a baby cot, a highchair and air conditioning.<\/span>
The villa has a private outside area that includes a garden with 2 covered terraces. There is also a BBQ and an outdoor shower.<\/span>
Villasimius is a small town with shops, supermarkets and restaurants.<\/span>\u00a0The property is located approximately 3 km away.<\/span>\u00a0Campus is a beach that is only 1.5 km from the villa.<\/span>\u00a0The nearest beaches are Campus (about 1.5 km), Cuccureddus, and Campulongu.<\/span>\u00a04 km).<\/span>\u00a0Within walking distance are public transport links.<\/span>
Parking is free on the street and 2 parking spaces on the property.<\/span>
Families with young children are always welcome.<\/span>
Smoking, pets and celebrations of events are prohibited.<\/span>
You can rent a boat, go diving, snorkeling, or on a sea excursion.<\/span>
When leaving the property, guests are requested to turn off their air conditioning.<\/span>
