Villa with Pool LUNA ROSSA is situated in San Teodor. It has a large outdoor pool and is only 5-8 minutes away from many beaches.<\/span>\u00a0The villa is equipped with a modern living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, four bedrooms (two on the ground level and two upstairs), and four bathrooms. It can sleep 11 people.<\/span>\u00a0Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace and satellite television are among the additional amenities.<\/span>\u00a0On request, the child-friendly accommodation offers a high chair and baby crib for an extra fee.<\/span>\u00a0The swimming pool will be closed between November 1 and April 1. Also, the two rooms on the first floor do not communicate with the second floor.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Villas are characterized by their spacious outdoor space, which is surrounded with Mediterranean plants.<\/span>\u00a0You can expect to find a pool, a terrace that is partially covered and a garden.<\/span>\u00a0Relax on a sun lounger with a parasol and enjoy the view of the pool. If it gets too hot, you can cool down in the pool water or the outdoor shower.<\/span>\u00a0You will also find several shaded dining areas, including a balcony on which you can share freshly prepared meals cooked by the grill.<\/span><\/p>\r\n


After a drive of 5 minutes (2.5 km), you can reach San Teodoro’s center.<\/span>\u00a0You will find many shops, cafes and bars.<\/span>\u00a0In the area, you will also find a number of discos.<\/span>\u00a0A 4-minute drive will take you to the nearest supermarket (2 km).<\/span>\u00a0La Cinta beach is only 5 minutes away (3,2km) by car. Relax on the white sand.<\/span>\u00a0Spiaggia is only 8 minutes away by car (3.7 km), and Spiaggia is just 8 minutes away by car (4.9 km).<\/span>\u00a0You can reach Olbia Airport in 20 minutes (26,6km) by car.<\/span><\/p>\r\n


There are parking spaces available on site.<\/span>\u00a0Pets are strictly prohibited.<\/span>\u00a0On request, bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee.<\/span><\/p>\r\n


Villa Luna Rossa offers a high level of privacy.<\/span>\u00a0The Villa Luna Rossa is completely surrounded by Oleander plants over 2.5 m high.<\/span>\u00a0The only neighbors are on the right, the other on left. They are both far away from the house and are protected by tall plants.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
